This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts, images and code load from our own domain, not from third parties.

If you pause the animations or choose light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

The website is hosted in our own Microsoft Azure environment in Europe, with Microsoft as our data processor. Each request to the website is logged with your IP address, the time, the requested page and the server response, so we can operate the website and protect it against misuse.

These logs are stored in Microsoft Azure in Norway and deleted automatically after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Our email runs on Microsoft 365, so Microsoft processes the emails you send us on our behalf, as our data processor.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry and for our accounting and legal obligations.

Job applications are processed to assess candidates and are deleted when the recruitment process ends, unless you agree that we keep them longer. If you apply through FINN.no, FINN's privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to us to use these rights.

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.
