We turn signals into decisions.
Tekdir develops passive sensor systems for detection, classification and situational awareness. Our systems are designed, tested and proven in real operational environments.
Company
TEKDIR is a Norwegian technology company based in Oslo. We design and develop advanced RF sensor systems, from antennas and radio electronics to signal processing, AI-powered classification and operator software.
Our team works across the entire technology stack, enabling us to solve challenges at their source, accelerate development and deliver reliable, fully integrated systems.
About the companyCapabilities
What we work on
Counter-drone (C-UAS)
We detect, identify and track drones through the radio signals they rely on, turning invisible communications into actionable intelligence.
Passive RF sensing
We detect without being detected. Our passive RF systems never transmit, delivering powerful RF intelligence without emitting signals that could compromise their position.
Geolocation
We turn radio signals into precise locations, combining measurements from multiple sensors to pinpoint their source.
Signal processing
We detect, analyse and classify RF signals in real time, turning raw data into intelligence.
Data fusion
We turn independent observations into one coherent picture, reducing uncertainty and revealing what individual sensors cannot.
Operator software
We transform complex sensor data into a clear, real-time operational picture, giving decision-makers the clarity to act with confidence.
Careers
Build technology that makes it into the field.
Join a team developing advanced defence technology, from RF sensors and embedded systems to real-time software and signal intelligence.
At TEKDIR, you'll work alongside the people who design, build, test and deploy our systems. Your ideas won't stop at a prototype. They'll become technology used in real-world operations.
Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced specialist, we're looking for talented software and hardware engineers ready to join our team in Oslo and build technology that matters.
